I've been testing this product for some weeks now. The first time I tried this product I had no results but when you keep using it works. I've seen other reviews talking about how dieters tea makes them lose weight. I'm not sure about this product.

Directions

Brewing the tea. For a cup of tea, pour boiling water over a tea bag and let it steep for at least 3-5 minutes and drink. Increase steeping time gradually.

Drinking the tea. Drink after the meal, hot or cold.
